Our Story

OUR STORY
It started long before Revive & Thrive.
Long before Sabrina and Ben ever dreamed of creating a wellness brand, Sabrina was a little girl listening to stories from her dad.
He grew up in India, where as a child he was given shilajit from the Himalayan mountains. It wasn't a trend or something he'd discovered online. It was simply part of a tradition that had been passed down through generations.
Years later, Sabrina started taking shilajit herself.
It became something she genuinely loved and, eventually, something she took every day. She loved how she felt taking it and the connection it gave her to something that had been part of her family's story long before her.
There was just one problem.
Traditional shilajit resin isn't exactly easy to convince your friends to take. It's messy. The taste is intense. And despite how much Sabrina believed in it, getting the people around her to make it part of their own routine wasn't easy.
On the other side of the world...
Growing up in Australia, Ben had discovered shilajit independently.
He'd become increasingly interested in health and wellbeing through his own experiences, but also through years of conversations with people who knew far more about it than he did.
Before Revive & Thrive, Ben and his best mate Jamie started the Optiman podcast in the UK.
What began as honest conversations around men's health and wellbeing gave them the opportunity to speak with doctors, experts and people from across the health and wellness world. They asked questions, challenged ideas and learned a lot along the way.
Over time, those conversations started to feel bigger than men's health.
The questions were relevant to everyone.
How do we feel more like ourselves? How do we look after our energy, focus and wellbeing as life gets busier? And in an industry full of products and promises, how do we work out what's actually worth our attention?
Those conversations would eventually help shape the idea behind Revive & Thrive.
Then Ben met Sabrina.
By the time they met, shilajit had already become meaningful to both of them for completely different reasons.
For Sabrina, there was a connection stretching all the way back to her family in India.
For Ben, it was something he'd discovered independently and made part of his own routine.
The fact that something connected so deeply to Sabrina's family and childhood was something Ben had found and believed in on the other side of the world felt pretty special.
And it got them talking.
What if they could take something they genuinely believed in and make it simple enough to become part of everyday life?
One capsule. Once a day.
That idea became the beginning of Revive & Thrive as it exists today.
But making it simple wasn't enough.
The deeper we went into shilajit, the more we realized just how much products could differ.
We tried different shilajit products ourselves. And for us, the experience wasn't always the same.
There were also plenty of products making plenty of claims.
That mattered to us.
Because if we were going to put our names on something, and recommend it to our friends, our families and eventually our customers, we needed to know exactly what we were giving them.
So we kept looking.
We researched sourcing. Purification. Standardization. Testing. Human clinical research.
We wanted more than claims on a label.
We wanted something we could genuinely trust.
That's why we chose PrimaVie®.
Our research eventually led us to PrimaVie® . A purified, standardized Himalayan shilajit extract that has been studied in human clinical research.
It gave us the consistency, quality and transparency we'd been looking for.
But even then, we didn't want you to simply take our word for it.
So we independently tested the actual batch used in our bottles too.
Because that's the standard we wanted for something we take every day ourselves.
And it's the standard we'd want before giving it to the people closest to us.
From a conversation to something real.
Revive & Thrive didn't begin because we sat down one day and decided to start another supplement company.
It grew from years of conversations about health and wellbeing.
From Sabrina's connection to something that had been part of her family's story for generations.
From our own experiences taking shilajit.
And from a simple belief that if we're going to put our names behind something, it should be something we genuinely believe in ourselves.
We've spent the better part of a year building Revive & Thrive.
Researching. Testing. Learning. Refining.
And we're incredibly proud that it's finally here.
For us, the name represents something bigger than one product.
Revive is about getting back to feeling like yourself.
Thrive is about what you do from there.
Shilajit is where we've chosen to begin.
We take it every day ourselves. We give it to our friends and family. And we wouldn't ask you to make it part of your daily ritual if we weren't willing to do exactly the same.
Our hope is simple.
That something which has become such a meaningful part of our story might become a meaningful part of yours too.
