What's Actually Inside Shilajit?
I thought shilajit was fulvic acid and some minerals. Then I started looking at what was actually inside it, and discovered something far more complex.
Every time I looked into shilajit, I kept seeing the same two words: fulvic acid. Apparently, it was the important part. But what actually is it, and why does everyone talk about it?
